Marketing Analyst - Digitas


New York, NY | Advertising and Creative Agency | August 2016 - August 2017

During my tenure as a Marketing Analyst at Digitas, I played a pivotal role in optimizing and analyzing over 200 campaigns for American Express, leading to a significant 15% increase in customer card acquisitions. My responsibilities included campaign set-up, trafficking, ongoing optimization, and reporting. By partnering closely with the analytics team, I utilized real-time data and campaign learnings to effectively manage and enhance campaign performance.

I developed high-profile client relationships, working collaboratively with sales, sales operations, and external agencies to measure and report on campaign effectiveness. As a cross-channel planner, I directed and integrated more than 15 media campaigns for the New York Stock Exchange and Pitney Bowes, leveraging strategic investments in video and digital advertising placements to maximize reach and impact.

One of my notable achievements was leading the media campaign strategy for FitBit’s IPO, which garnered 3 million engagements, 3.18 million impressions, and an impressive 11.33% engagement rate. This campaign was publicized on the day of FitBit’s IPO, significantly exceeding average engagement rates.

Additionally, I contributed to designing presentation materials for pitches presented to corporate donors and developed strategic content solutions valued at $300K, promoting these across Time Inc. sites and Fortune’s Twitter and LinkedIn platforms.



01. American Experess


In my role, I spearheaded a comprehensive paid social media campaign aimed at encouraging small business owners to apply for American Express business cards. This involved conducting extensive research to develop detailed customer personas, ensuring we accurately targeted the right audience segments. I meticulously analyzed paid social targeting strategies to optimize reach and engagement. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in directing the creation of social media assets, collaborating closely with creative teams to ensure the visuals and messaging effectively resonated with our target audience. This strategic approach significantly enhanced the campaign’s performance, driving higher application rates and increasing brand visibility among small business owners.





02. Media Planner and Creative Intern - Digitas


New York, NY | Advertising and Creative Agency | June 2015 - August 2015

In my earlier role as a Media Planner and Creative Intern at Digitas, I directed and integrated over 40 media campaigns for the New York Stock Exchange and Pitney Bowes. I strategically invested in both video and digital advertising placements on prominent sites such as Fortune.com and CNN.com. My efforts in leading the media campaign strategy for FitBit’s IPO resulted in 3 million engagements, 3.18 million impressions, and an 11.33% engagement rate on the IPO day.

I also played a crucial role in designing presentation materials for five pitches to corporate donors and developed strategic content solutions valued at $300K. These solutions were promoted across Time Inc. sites and Fortune’s social media channels, enhancing visibility and engagement.
