General Assembly: Software Engineering Immersive


New York, New York | Apr 2023- July 2023

At General Assembly, I completed an intensive twelve-week, 450+ hour Software Engineering Immersive program. This full-stack software engineering course provided in-depth training in product development fundamentals, object-oriented programming, MVC frameworks, data modeling, and team collaboration. Throughout the program, I developed several applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, while also gaining knowledge in other languages, frameworks, and development processes. My projects included:

Spinly is a web application specifically designed for vinyl record enthusiasts. It serves as a platform for buying, selling, and trading vinyl records, while also fostering a vibrant community where users can engage in discussions about their favorite albums. Spinly combines a sleek, user-friendly interface with robust functionality to support the vinyl community.

Kyyngo is an innovative web application that combines the power of AI, goal planning, and a supportive community to help users achieve their objectives within a specific timeframe. Utilizing AI algorithms and a ChatGPT AI bot, Kyyngo generates personalized plans and strategies to help users reach their goals. The platform also allows friends to track progress, provide encouragement, and engage with each other's goals, creating a collaborative and motivational environment.
